The B'Ville Diner, which has served Baldwinsville for more than 75 years, remains one of the only 24/7 diners around.

Baldwinsville Diner

By Lauren Migaki

Since opening in 1934, the B’Ville Diner has been a Baldwinsville fixture.

No matter the changes through the years, this local greasy spoon’s popularity remains. Its charming staff serves up diner favorites to a few hundred hungry patrons daily in a setting that is wonderfully, reminiscent of the 1950s (jukeboxes included). Why order a plain old burger when you can order a Comet Cyclone Burger or a Chevy Bob?

Or perhaps the diner’s success is due to the fact that it’s one of the only places in the area that’s still open 24/7. According to the waitresses, some pretty crazy things have occurred at the B’Ville Diner in the twilight hours – some of which include singing and dancing on the tables.

Regardless of the reason, the B’Ville Diner appears to be here to stay and keep the hungry people of Baldwinsville well-fed for years to come.
